Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes how Foma Innerwear (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages order cancellations and refund requests. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation (COD Orders)

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, the order will be treated as a failed delivery, not a cancellation. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Blacklist the customer or restrict future COD orders, and/or
  • Recover logistics and handling charges incurred during dispatch and return.

To cancel a COD order before dispatch, please email us at info@fomainnerwear.com with your order number.

2. Prepaid Orders

Once a prepaid order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure all order details — size, address, and contact information — are accurate before checkout.

3. Refund and Returns Policy

As Foma Innerwear deals in intimate apparel, we strictly follow hygiene and safety protocols. Therefore, no returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted once a product has been delivered.

Customers are advised to refer to the size chart before placing an order. Products once delivered are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fomainnerwear.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.
