Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel, but a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Cancellation by FOMA: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to insufficient stock, payment processing issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

2. Refunds and Returns

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Window: You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized/custom-made items, intimate wears and sale items are non-returnable.

3. Process for Returns

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fomainnerwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@fomainnerwear.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to assist you.

5. Exchanges

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at info@fomainnerwear.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and treated as a new order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the original item and shipping costs of the new item.
