Find your best-fitting bra using Foma’s manufacturing-based sizing. We follow a legacy bra sizing method used in traditional innerwear manufacturing for decades, where band size includes a built-in comfort allowance for everyday wear.

Bra Fit Guide

Find Your Bra Size

Measure your underbust and overbust. Your size is calculated using the same legacy method our bras are designed and manufactured with.

How sizing works at Foma (Legacy Method)
  1. Underbust: Measure snugly under the bust
  2. Band size: Calculated using a legacy manufacturing method that adds comfort allowance
  3. Cup size: Overbust − Band size
How to measure bra size
Tip: Keep the tape straight and comfortable — not tight.
