Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak periods, festive seasons, or public holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom Orders: If applicable, custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed of estimated timelines at order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders incur a minimal processing fee which will be displayed at checkout. COD availability depends on your pincode and will be confirmed after placing the order.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 8-10 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be announced once available.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all states and union territories across India through trusted courier partners.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and link to monitor delivery status in real time.

Delayed or Lost Orders: If you experience an unusual delay or suspect a lost package, please reach out to us at info@fomainnerwear.com for prompt assistance.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. Foma Innerwear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times. If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete address, redelivery may be arranged, and additional shipping charges could apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items: If your package or product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at info@fomainnerwear.com.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will investigate immediately.
